Restaurant Manager Required

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant/ Bar Manager who is looking to advance, this role would be perfect for someone looking to gain experience for a senior Food and Beverage Management position.

The role would entail running the day to day operations within the restaurant and bar dining areas, as well as the successful running of conference and banqueting events and weddings.

The ideal candidate would be a hands on manager who is driven, motivated and able to lead an experienced team, doing the necessary training and development to ensure that new and existing staff understand and follow procedures and excel in all aspects of their work.

You will be required to cover duty management shifts so will need to have the confidence and experience to anticipate guests needs and deal with any issues that they may have.
